You can use a blog to display and index electronic resources and link them together. If I were doing my Communication and Culture webfolio on Public Language and Graffiti, I might write an introduction here and have links in the margin.
Alternatively I could have links within this posting - graffiti in New York is a cult thing but it happens all over the world - take a look at some Dutch graffiti.
Public language happens in all sorts of formal and informal ways - street signs and road signs as well as graffiti. This picture shows some semi-graffiti on the side of a building in an isolated town called Rachel in the Nevada desert, not far from the famous Area 51 in the USA - famous for UFOs!!
